Delete your account, any time you like.

The short version

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account, confirm, and it's gone immediately — your account and everything stored with it. No email, no waiting, no support ticket. If you can't get into the app, email us instead and we'll do it for you within 30 days.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

• Open Orb2Bit PDF on your phone.
• Tap the orb icon at the top of the Home screen to open Profile.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Read the confirmation and tap Delete account again. That's it — the deletion happens straight away.

Or ask us to do it

Lost your phone, or can't sign in? Email support@orb2bit.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my Orb2Bit account". We use that address to confirm the request is really yours — we can't action a request sent from an address we don't recognise. We'll confirm by reply once it's done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold about your account, deleted outright — we don't archive a copy:

• Your profile. Name and email address.
• Your sign-in. The Google or email/password login itself, so the account no longer exists.
• Your Premium status. Your subscription record, which means Premium switches off on Web, Android and PC.

There's no separate retention period and no grace period — once it's deleted we can't restore it, even if you ask. Sign up again and you start fresh.

What about your PDFs?

We never had them. Orb2Bit processes every document on your own device — the app and the PC software never upload your files, and the web tools run in your browser. So there's nothing on our side to delete. Your PDFs and your "recent files" list stay exactly where they are on your phone or computer, and deleting your account doesn't touch them. If you have a Premium subscription — read this first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, and we can't cancel it for you. Google Play handles the billing, not us, so it keeps charging you until you cancel it there. Cancel first, then delete.

To cancel: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Orb2Bit PDF → Cancel subscription. You can also do it at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. You keep Premium until the period you've already paid for runs out.
