Something broken, missing, or just a question?

We are a small team, so e-mail is how we do support — no ticket robot, no phone tree. Most messages get an answer within two working days.

Support & bug reports

A tool that did not do what you expected, a PDF that would not open, a crash in the Windows or Android app: support@orb2bit.com.

It helps enormously if you tell us which tool, which platform (web browser, Windows or Android) and what you expected to happen. Please do not attach a confidential document — describe it instead (how many pages, was it scanned, was it password-protected), and we can usually reproduce it from that.

Subscriptions & billing

Premium is billed through Google Play, so cancellations and refunds go through your Google Play account. If Premium is not showing up on one of your devices, or you were charged and something looks wrong, write to support@orb2bit.com from the e-mail address you signed in with and we will sort it out.

Your account and your data

You can delete your orb2bit account and everything stored against it from the account deletion page, or by e-mailing support@orb2bit.com from the signed-in address. We do not store your documents at any point, so there is nothing else to erase — see the privacy policy for exactly what is kept.

Business, press & partnerships

Licensing, bulk or team use, coverage, or anything commercial: hello@orb2bit.com.

Advertising on this site

The free tools are supported by ads served through Google AdSense. If you see an ad that is broken, misleading or inappropriate, tell us at support@orb2bit.com with the page it appeared on — we can report it and have it blocked. Premium subscribers see no ads at all.

Before you write

Two things answer most incoming mail on their own:

  • "Where did my file go?" Nowhere — it never left your device. The tools run inside your browser, so a saved result lands in your normal downloads folder.
  • "It says the file is too large." Free saves are capped by file size; Premium removes the cap. Every tool page and the web app shows the current limit.
